DUI generally mean driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other narcotics.

Although it can differ from state to state, in Georgia, it is only illegal to drink while under the influence of alcohol to blood level or (blood alcohol content BAC) is 0.08 or more.

You will also be required to complete some kind of rehabilitation program, teaching you of the dangers involved with driving innaporopritely.
